In partnership with Petrichor Football Association (PFA), Rain on Dry Earth is an intimate gallery experience that spotlights the daily realities of female footballers in Yaoundé, Cameroon — where talent pushes forward despite financial and gender barriers. Created in collaboration with local coaches and community voices, the project pairs striking photography by Benjamin Rasmussen with on-the-ground insight to illuminate where support is needed most. Starting at L’Atelier Yaffe in Portland, Oregon, Rain on Dry Earth will tour through Oakland, California, Providence, RI/New York, and Berlin, Germany. The main goal is to direct attention and resources toward the ongoing work of Petrichor Football Association — every purchase and donation goes directly to supporting PFA youth development efforts, training camps, coach development programs, and more.
